Customization:

At Liamprint.com, we offer our customers the ability to customize products such as t-shirts, hoodies, and more, using our online customization tools. It’s important to note the following:

Customers are entirely responsible for the customization decisions they make, including the selection of images, text, colors, and any other options available in our tools.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details of their design before confirming their order to avoid typographical, spelling, or other design errors. We cannot be held responsible for errors in customized content provided by the customer. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot modify the design without explicit consent from the customer, and additional costs may apply in such cases.

Returns and Claims:

We are committed to ensuring the quality of our customized products. If the product arrives with manufacturing defects, printing errors, or other production-related issues, we will take full responsibility and proceed with the replacement or refund of the product, as appropriate. It is the customer’s responsibility to report any issues with their customized order within 30 days of receiving the product.

Claims should be submitted through our customer service center or via email to info@liamprint.com. To process a return or exchange due to a manufacturing defect, we may request photographic evidence of the received product.

Exclusions:

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customized products if the error or issue is due to customer customization decisions, such as typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or design choices. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
